Vhari Russell

Vhari has been immersed in the food and drink industry for more than 25 years, working with key importers and distributors across a wide variety of sectors, with a strong focus on branded and own-label products for many of the UK's leading retailers. Her experience spans NPD for Waitrose and Tesco, as well as licensed products for Country Living. In 2011, Vhari founded The Food Marketing Experts, a full-service food and drink marketing agency that has since grown into a multi-award-winning consultancy, renowned for connecting strategy to sales for ambitious food and drink brands. Alongside the agency, Vhari established Creating Nature's Corridors, a Cambridgeshire-based rewilding charity dedicated to planting trees and creating wildlife habitats across the UK and Ireland. A respected voice in the industry, Vhari is a judge for the Great Taste Awards and the Quality Food Awards. She has also mentored early-stage food businesses through platforms including Virgin Startup and Enterprise Nation
