Having grown up in Denmark and Sweden before moving to London in her mid-20s, Tine initially worked for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce from where she joined a large branding agency working for leading Scandinavian food producers. Tine, who also trained at the renowned Leith School of Food & Wine, worked as a futures trend analyst, tailor-making global fact-finding trips for large food producers. On a visit with clients to San Francisco 15 years ago, she stumbled upon a corporate cookery event and had an epiphany, going on to found Cambridge Cookery School in 2008. As a part of her recent years of studying for the WSET Diploma in wine, Tine has recently rebranded her business to Cambridge Cookery & Wine School, adding wine lectures and tastings to the program.
She is judging Master Chef of the Year.
