Michelin-trained chef Rowen Halstead has spent 14 years developing his culinary skills in some of the country's leading kitchens. Witnessing avoidable food waste throughout the industry inspired him to advocate for reducing waste and building a more sustainable food system. Based in Suffolk, Rowen now focuses on educating others about zero-waste cooking practices, food preservation and the wider environmental and economic impact of food waste.
