As a chocolatier, Riadh has led chocolate tastings and guided pairings both online and in person at various events throughout Cambridge.
She was, until lockdown, the head chocolatier and teacher of chocolate-making classes at Cambridge Cookery School and is the founder of the Cambridge Chocolate Festival as well as her own boutique chocolate brand, Bumble & Oak.
Before moving to the UK, she regularly collaborated with chefs on menus, mixologists on cocktails, and organised chocolate events across Canada.
Riadh has also been a food reviewer and regular contributor to Velvet magazine.
She is judging Tearoom/Coffee Shop of the Year..
