Frederik Kampman builds, fixes, and scales brands across the Hospitality and F&B sectors. As the founder of Revivre Studio, he partners with operators to bridge the gap between creative vision and commercial rigour—installing the structure needed for sustainable growth. With a career spanning 20 years, Frederik has navigated the full spectrum of the industry: from founding and exiting the unique Low & No beer brand Lowlander, to building and operating complex 1,000m² hospitality venues and visitor centres. He brings a rare combination of multinational discipline and founder-led agility to the New Forest, helping businesses scale without losing their soul.
