Mark Prior has spent more than 30 years creating delicious dishes across the South coast as a professional chef.
From his early career working in some of the region’s finest hotels, pubs and restaurants, Mark developed a passion for creating inspirational dishes that had diners coming back for more. He put this to good use as head chef in a number of award-winning gastropubs before joining leading regional wholesaler, kff.
As kff’s Product Development Chef, Mark uses his experience and flair for food to work closely with customers across a range of sectors including schools, cafes, pubs and restaurants to develop food and menu solutions that help their businesses to thrive.
Mark will be judging the Chef of the Year category.
