We would like to thank you so much for the excellent service we received from you. We are absolutely delighted with the carpet and vinyl. The fitting of both is second to none and the attention to detail is truly amazing. Please thank your fitter again for us. We will be contacting you again in the future for all our flooring projects.

You came to fit two rooms for us and my wife and I would like to express our admiration for the quality of the work. Also, your fitters Jon and Stuart deserve a special round of applause. Not only are they very personable and pleasant to have around, they even helped us move a wardrobe back into the room which of course is not their job but they did it anyway and we very much appreciated their help. Given that we know just what sort of coffee they drink, we'd be quite happy to see them again to fit our second carpet, larger job! They certainly are a great credit to your company.

Having had carpets and furniture installed at my house on a couple of occasions, I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with all your staff. There is always a warm welcome when entering your store followed by helpful advice and courteous and polite staff including when measuring and fitting. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and indeed already have done so.

What a pleasure it has been for us to shop at 'Doe's'. Since moving to the area last year, it has been a delight to purchase from your store. Having met Edward on our recent visit, we must compliment the service we have received yet again; from the top man all the way through to the delivery! Your staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. Our close dealings with Graham and Lindsey have been superb; they always go the extra mile so we have always been so happy and satisfied. No 'hard sell' which gives us great pleasure in returning to spend! We really must compliment the young lad who 'delivers' - again, polite, helpful, friendly and delivers on all counts - respectful and someone who is a pleasure to have delivering to your home. I am writing this email to thank your estimator, Stephen and Alan, the ladies on the phone and especially the two carpet fitters Craig and Stuart, who laid my carpet expertly yesterday. I had to leave the fitters as had to visit dentist in an emergency, but when I got back they had finished laying the carpets, hoovered, put all my furniture back and made sure my doors were locked before leaving. The carpet looked beautiful and I just wanted to say a special thank you to them for their caring professional service in my home. A very satisfied customer.
